Start at the soles of your feet and work upwards. Use firm, rhythmic strokes that move upward, towards the heart.

When you get to your abdomen, use circular counter-clockwise brush strokes.

Women should use lighter, gentler strokes on sensitive areas such as breasts. Do not brush nipple area.

Take a warm bath or shower when you are finished brushing your skin followed by a cool water rinse to invigorate blood flow and stimulate surface warmth.
